Physical Products
Art Prints and Merchandise
For physical products such as art prints, books, and merchandise:
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Damaged or Defective Items

Online Workshops and Webinars
For live online workshops and webinars:
- Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the scheduled event.
- No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event.
- If you cannot attend a live session, you will typically have access to a recording of the event, in which case no refund will be provided.
Cancellations by MistyHarbor
If we cancel an event or workshop:
- You will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
- Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to another scheduled event.
- We are not responsible for reimbursing travel expenses or other costs incurred in preparation for an event that is canceled.
Commissioned Artwork
For custom commissioned artwork:
- A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total price) is required to begin work on commissioned pieces.
- The deposit ensures that the artist reserves time for your project and covers initial concept work.
- If you are unsatisfied with the initial concept sketches, you may request revisions according to the terms specified in your commission agreement.
- Once you approve the concept and work progresses to the final stages, the commission cannot be canceled or refunded.
- The balance payment is due before the final artwork is delivered.
